PRINTING SPECIFICATION
Printing Technical Data
Sizes up to A2 and 40x40cm square are produced in house using our Professional Epson 5360 Surecolor Printer with the follwoing specs
- Printer Resolution - 1440 x 1440 DPI
- Inks - Epson Ultrachrome PRO HDR Archival Inks - 10 Colours
- Paper 310gsm Cotton Rag archival matte paper.
Sizes A1 and 50x50cm Square and larger are completed off site using Epson Printers with the following specification
- Printer Resolution - 2400 x 1200 DPI
- Inks - Epson Ultrachrome PRO HDR Archival Inks - 9 Colours
- Paper 310gsm Cotton Rag archival matte paper.
All of our printing is done with genuine Epson Ultrachrome archival inks producing beautifully rich, vibrant colours and deep blacks.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Barra Images is committed to ensuring that you receive a high quality product. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your purchase due to imperfections/damage at the time of receiving you order, please let us know straight away so that we can organise to have the issue rectified ensuring you get what you ordered.
Placing order - Once you have placed your order, it will go into a production queue. If you change your mind and want to select a different print size or cancel your print, you will need to make contact by 5:00pm of the day of order to be able to make a change. After such time, there will be a cost incurred in making a change, depending on where in the production process your order is.
Damage during transit - The packaging used to transport your framed print has been developed over a number of years to ensure your product arrives safely and undamaged. Should your product be damaged during transit, please take a photo of this immediately upon opening and contact us via the email address for us to assess and rectify the issue.
SHIPPING INFO
Shipping is included within the cost of your purchase for all orders over $90, providing great value for money, especially for the larger prints.
Framed prints will be ready for shipping 2 - 5 days from the date of order. Generally this will be closer to 2 days, with the exception of very busy times such as the Christmas period.
Shipping times vary state to state. For NSW, VIC and Brisbane metro generally allow 5 - 7 days for delivery.
For NT, TAS, SA and WA delivery times will be longer.
